Yes, you'll receive a personalised nutrition plan based on your goals and metrics, with optional bloodwork to optimise your meal plan. This plan will also consider your dietary preferences, restrictions and lifestyle to ensure sustainable changes.
You will track your progress through regular assessments, body measurements, and workout logs, using the 1Fit app or a digital tracking sheet. Our team will support you in analysing your results and celebrating your achievements.
We provide ongoing tracking of your progress through individualised guidance and support from our team. This will include a periodised model for programming and nutrition that ensures we know exactly how to take you from start to finish, both physically and mentally.
After our initial consultation, you'll undergo an initial assessment to determine your fitness level and goals. Our team will create a personalised workout plan, guide you through exercises, and provide ongoing support and motivation.
